Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), these can be raw or frozen
  • 1/4 cup of water

Mixed Berry Puree

  1. Rinse all the fruit thoroughly under cold water.
  2. Combine the fruit and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the berries are soft and have released their juices.
  3. Blend: Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then puree in a blender until smooth. If desired, strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any seeds or skins.
  4. Allow the puree to cool completely before serving to your baby.
