Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Mango (you can also use frozen mango)
  • 1¼ Cup Coconut or Oat Yoghurt
  • 1/2 Lime for the zest and juice

  1. Cut: Cut the mango into pieces, remove the skin.
  2. Puree: Add all of the mango pieces to a food processor/blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Combine: Add the yogurt, lime and half of the mango puree to a mixing bowl and stir until combined.
  4. Serve in bowls and add the remaining puree on top to swirl through.
  5. Preserve the rest in an air tight container and store in the fridge (max 3-4 days) or freezer.
