Ingredients

  • 6 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

  1. Add: In a medium saucepan, place the apples, water and cinnamon.
  2. Cook: Cover and heat on medium-low for 10-15 minutes or until apples are tender. Let cool slightly.
  3. Transfer: Transfer all of the ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  4. Puree: blend on medium for 1-2 minutes or until completely smooth. For a chunky puree, quickly pulse the ingredients 10-15 times or until you receive your desired consistency.
  5. Eat: Serve to your baby or freeze for later.

  2. Cook: Cook for 10 minutes/100 degrees/speed 1/reverse
  3. Puree: Blend for 10 seconds/speed 8 (choose pulse for a chunkier puree)
  4. Eat: Serve to your baby or freeze for later.

We will only be able to do 1-2 apples at a time using this cooking style

  1. Add: Place apple pieces and cinnamon into simmer basket.
  2. Cook: Cook for 10 minutes on the steam setting.
  3. Puree: Keep water in the bottom, you can drain a slight amount out. You can add more water if needed.
    • Empty apples into the blender cup with water and blend for 15-20 seconds.
  4. Eat: Serve to your baby or freeze for later.
